If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the product from the date you purchased it.
Any item that you return must be in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in its original packaging. It should come with the official receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you as soon as we have received the returned item. We will inspect the item and immediately inform you of the status of your refund.
When your returned item is approved, we will process your refund using your original method of payment. When processing credit card refunds, it may take a couple of days before you will receive your credit depending on your bank’s policies.
Expect to receive your full refund no longer than 14 days after you returned the item.
If the item that you received is damaged or defective, please contact us right away. Send us a photo of the defective item for verification. All defective items can be exchanged with the same item of the same price. The exchange of defective items is free of charge.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Shipping is primarily fulfilled by Amazon along with UPS and US Postal Service. We offer three shipping options: Standard Shipping (4-5 business days), Expedited Shipping (within 2 business days, and Priority Shipping (within 1 business day).
Shipping costs are non-refundable and should be shouldered by the sender when returning an item.
