How to Configure Settings with FORScan after Changing Tire Size
When changing tire sizes, you will usually get a wrench icon on your cluster and the P160A DTC. Here’s how you can fix it with FORScan:
Step 1. Change the tire size in your BCM.
Step 2. In the FORScan programming screen, run the top option called "PCM Module Initialization/relearn vehicle data".
Step 3. Afterward, run the option “TCM relearn” in the programming screen. You are done. This should get rid of the wrench icon and the DTC.
Note: If you can’t find the "PCM Module Initialization/relearn vehicle data" option in your programming screen, you are currently using an older version of FORScan. Download and install the latest FORScan version here.
