How to Enable/Disable the Rear Parking Aid Option on Ford Mustang Using FORScan
The Rear Parking Aid Option is a safety feature equipped in most of the newer Ford Mustang models. It alerts the driver of how close the vehicle is from other cars or objects when backing up. This is a great feature to have when parking in reverse. You may enable or disable this feature using FORScan, this is how to do it:
Step 1:
Access the IPC module of your vehicle.
Step 2:
Apply the changes for your desired configuration:
720-02-02 ??xx xxxx
Change:??
To: 08-Disable (off), 1A-Enable (on)
