Stable wired access to FORScan diagnostics and configuration

The OHP ELMconfig ELM327 FORScan USB Adapter provides a stable wired connection between a Windows computer and compatible Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, and Mazda vehicles. Its manual HS-CAN/MS-CAN switch helps you communicate with modules on both vehicle networks for diagnostics, service functions, and supported configuration work.

What you can do

• Read and clear diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
• View live vehicle and module data.
• Access supported service functions, including service resets and DPF regeneration.
• Read, save, and modify compatible As-Built configuration data with FORScan.
• Apply vehicle-supported changes such as tire-size correction, secure idle, lighting options, mirror settings, warning-chime settings, and more.

Available functions vary by vehicle model, year, equipment, and installed modules.

Compatible software

Designed for use with FORScan and compatible Windows applications including FoCCCus, ELMconfig, and FF2. The adapter uses an ELM327-compatible interface operating at 500 kbit/s.

FORScan software and paid licenses are not included. FORScan can be downloaded from the official FORScan website. Some advanced programming functions require a FORScan Extended License.

Vehicle compatibility

Intended for compatible Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, and Mazda cars and light trucks manufactured from 1996 onward. Supported models include:

• Ford: Focus, Mondeo/Fusion, Kuga, S-Max, C-Max, Transit, Transit Connect, Transit Custom, Ranger, Escape, EcoSport, Expedition, Mustang, Fiesta, Taurus, Edge, Flex, Explorer, GT, F-150, F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, F-650, F-750, and supported hybrid, EV, and plug-in hybrid models.
• Lincoln: MKZ, MKZ Hybrid, MKC, MKT, MKX, Aviator, Continental, Nautilus, and Navigator.
• Mercury: Grand Marquis, Marauder, Sable, Milan, Mariner, Mountaineer, and Montego.
• Mazda: CX-3, CX-5, CX-9, BT-50, Mazda2, Mazda3, Mazda5, Mazda6, MX-5, and MX-5 RF.

Not suitable for heavy trucks. Confirm compatibility for your exact vehicle and intended function before making configuration changes.

Computer requirements

• Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, or 11 on an x86/x64 computer.
• Windows on ARM is not supported by FORScan.
• Not compatible with macOS.
• Some Microsoft Surface computers with USB 3.0 ports may experience FTDI driver compatibility issues. If connection problems occur, try another supported Windows computer.
