What you Need to Know about the Hardware ID for FORScan Extended License

The Hardware ID is an auto-generated ID required for FORScan Extended License registration. It is a unique identification based on the Windows PC or laptop model where the user installed the FORScan software. It is important to note that OBD, OBD2 and other diagnostic tools do not generate the Hardware ID for FORScan Extended License.

The Hardware ID is normally found under the "About" section in the FORScan Software.
